Except that I disagree with the "social resume"... As far as I'm concerned, I feel like social life and professional life must be dissociated.
I remember Nathan's intervention while with D. Bizer, about whether or not he should connect with his students in his Fb profile. Of course it's a lack of opportunity to miss connection on social network but, to me, it has to be settled apart.
Besides, what I do in my restful times only regards friends, family and stuff, and can be an insight to look at what my hobbies are, but it would never address skills and applicant's opportunities in order to match with a job profile.
